Welcome to Dredfully        Good Therapy

Hi, I’m Charlie: Your Counsellor

I offer a down-to-earth space where we can talk openly without judgment or jargon.

I’m here to listen and walk alongside you as we navigate your story, thoughts, and feelings together, ensuring you feel truly heard and respected every step of the way.

You can bring any life challenge or personal goal to our sessions, and I will meet you where you are.

You don’t have to know what you want to bring, as together we will explore your experiences in a kind, supportive way to help define what therapy is for you.

How I Work

With Compassion

With Curiosity

I show up with deep compassion, so you feel cared for, held, and emotionally safe as you share what is on your mind.

While we explore your thoughts and feelings, I will maintain an open mind and ask curious questions to help us understand your experience.

I move at your pace, building a relationship where you feel seen, heard, and safe enough to be fully yourself—because trust is the foundation of our work.

Any Questions?

How do I start with you?

It starts with a simple conversation. We can arrange a phone call so I can understand what you want therapy to be for you and see if I am the right fit for your personal journey.

What do we do in sessions?

We explore your relationship with your world and the people in it. By building trust between us, we can work together to make therapy a place for self-discovery, self-care, and self-love.

How will I know if therapy is right for me?

You will know it is right if you feel safe, heard, and respected in our sessions. We will check in together as we go to make sure it continues to feel like a good fit for you.
